Availability:
All item(s) ordered that are in
stock will be shipped within a few business days from verification
of payment in full. Backorders will automatically be filled as the
product becomes available.
Competitive Pricing:
We
will do our best to match any published price. We make every effort
to offer the lowest possible price on all items we carry. When
matching any published price, we must be able to verify the
competitor's price. However, because of our low margins, we reserve
the right to raise our prices if our cost from the manufacturers is
increased. All prices, descriptions and specifications are subject
to change without notice.
Product Warranties:
The
manufacturers provide the warranty for the products purchased from
Otisburg.com. The manufacturer will determine whether the defect is
covered under their warranty; we do not make that
determination.
Please note: U.S.-based manufacturers WILL NOT
honor warranties for items sold outside the U.S. Warranties are
extended only to the original purchaser!
Refund
Policy:
The item(s) must be in the same condition they were
originally shipped. All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
and must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may obtain an
RA # within 30 days after date of purchase by emailing us and we
will respond to the request in a timely manner. We will email the
address to ship the return to with the RA #. Items Returned without
an RA # will be denied. All return shipping charges are the
customer's responsibility and not the responsibility of
Otisburg.com. COD returns will be refused. RA #s expire after 30
days. Any products returned after the expiration date will be
refused. In order for us to expedite your return, we ask that you
comply with the above policies. Any deviation from these policies
could result in the product being returned to you with no credit
issued. |
